AUX Jo Pauloo
- Screens AUX Facilities paperwork, issues call-signs and decals.
- Maintains control of over 2000 personnel records, separating for disenrollments, retirements, deaths and handling each as prescribed for maximum efficiency. Sends files to Archives.
- Maintains Next-of-kin card file for all members
- Maintains organized Awards Ribbons and Pins storage system, ordering items as needed to provide initial awards to members
- Retired members–card file/run members 3 times a year to locate members that have passed away
- Death of Member processing to ensure proper notification and inclusion on Memorial Marker and recognition at District conference
- Collects items and records of historical significance to send to Joyner Library

- Manages paper exams (mailing to Proctors, grading and notifying members of results)
- Enters qualifications into AuxData along with FEMA information
- Generates certificates for AuxOp, VE, IT and PV members
- Manages the TCT program. Coordinate scheduling of sessions and facilitators. Keeps logs on TCT and exam information.

- Prepares listings of TCT Workshop History for scheduling workshops
- Prepares lists of ICS completions for certification
- Prepares labels for special mailings
- Prints and mails the Commodore’s Bulletin
- Teaches and certifies members in Navigation Systems and makes appropriate data entries.
