    • Screens AUX Facilities paperwork, issues call-signs and decals.  
    • Maintains control of over 2000 personnel records, separating for disenrollments, retirements, deaths and handling each as prescribed for maximum efficiency. Sends files to Archives.
    • Maintains Next-of-kin card file for all members
    • Maintains organized Awards Ribbons and Pins storage system, ordering items as needed to provide initial awards to members
    • Retired members–card file/run members 3 times a year to locate members that have passed away
    • Death of Member processing to ensure proper notification and inclusion on Memorial Marker and recognition at District conference
    • Collects items and records of historical significance to send to Joyner Library

    • Enters qualifications into AuxData along with FEMA information
    • Generates certificates for AuxOp, VE, IT and PV members
    • Manages the TCT program. Coordinate scheduling of sessions and facilitators.  Keeps logs on TCT and exam information.

    • Prepares listings of TCT Workshop History for scheduling workshops
    • Prepares lists of ICS completions for certification
    • Prepares labels for special mailings
    • Prints and mails the Commodore’s Bulletin
    • Teaches and certifies members in Navigation Systems and makes appropriate data entries.
