I am looking forward to our divisions assisting their flotillas strengthening themselves by
realizing a net growth in membership. It is our responsibility to recruit and retain. It is
nice to recruit, but we absolutely must retain our members. Education and proper training
are the keys to retention. We are a TEAM; we must all pull together to strengthen this TEAM;
